1.18.06 On February
27 in Nashville, TN, Malcolm will be recording the song "The
Old Woman Taught Wisdom" for the upcoming Sony/Emergent
release "Song Of America". Sponsored by National History Day,
produced by Ed Pettersen
and David Macias, the project is the history of the U.S. in song from
1620 to the present. It will be distributed in public schools across the
country, as well as retail sale, with all profits going to music education.
The CD's are slated for release in September 2007, along with a concert
and documentary on PBS. |
1.10.06 Malcolm started working on a new CD in December to be entitled "Not Forgotten". He is continuing work on the new CD in the month of January at Collapseable Studios in Asheville, NC. More details coming soon... Malcolm now

1.07.05 March of 2005 will see the release of Malcolm's latest CD, "I Never Heard You Knockin'", an all acoustic venture. Self produced, the CD was engineered by Aaron Price at Collapseable Studios in Asheville, NC; mixed and mastered by Ray Kennedy at Zen Masters in Nashville, TN. This is the CD that has been long-awaited by Malcolm's fans, friends, and supporters. The album, entitled "I Never Heard You Knockin," is slated for release March 29, 2005. The CD track listing is as follows:
